Tartarun Restaurant
Tartarun is a long-established, family-run seafood and wine restaurant in Malta, for which SAVERIA was commissioned to refine the space through careful, considered design decisions. We improved functionality, spatial clarity, and atmosphere while preserving the restaurant’s familiar character. The design draws from Tartarun’s culinary philosophy; precise, restrained, and intentional - using controlled lighting, a subtle Mediterranean palette, and natural materials selected to age gracefully.
The result is Tartarun 2.0: a calm, composed interior that feels familiar, yet noticeably refined, aligning the space with the level of care found on the plate.
